After working for many years at a major chartered bank I often had to turn away clients that were not qualifying for mortgages due to their profiles just slightly falling outside guidelines.
I began to realize that I wanted to help all clients obtain a mortgage. As a broker I can shop for the clients best option based in their individual scenario!
